About Us

Kilkenny Kitchen was founded by Ross Kilkenny, born and raised in Ukiah, California. Ross is a graduate of Santa Barbara City College, as well as the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His training in classic French cuisine is complemented with over ten years of experience in some of America’s top eateries including the River Cafe in Brooklyn, Bouchon in Yountville, the Martini House and Meadowood in St. Helena. Ross served as sous chef for Willi’s Wine Bar in Santa Rosa, and executive chef for Bar Vino in Calistoga. His training¬† also includes years of catering experience as sous chef with Santa Barbara Elegant Events.

In 2013 Miguel and Andrea purchased Kilkenny Kitchen as their second restaurant. They currently own and operate Cafe 1 in Fort Bragg, California, which they have been running ¬†for over seven years. Cafe 1 is an all organic and natural cafe serving breakfast and lunch six days a week and brunch on Sundays. Miguel and Andrea have plans to expand Kilkenny Kitchen’s great food and atmosphere by adding breakfast and opening seven days a week.
